USDA's RUS-DLT Grant Program - Information & Webinar Invitation

Missouri Association of Rural Education and eCare want to share with you and the rural school districts of Missouri about a federal grant for video conferencing available to rural and economically challenged areas of the country that can provide up to $1mil per application for this much needed classroom technology.  Most of our member districts are well positioned for this grant and last year not one grant was awarded to a K12 district in Missouri.

The USDA's Rural Utilities Service Distance Learning and Telemedicine Grant program (RUS-DLT) will likely be announced this fall. If you are unfamiliar with this funding, the RUS-DLT grant is an amazing opportunity to acquire distance learning / telemedicine technology that can help rural schools access crucial services and overcome the potential challenges of rural population density.  Project awards in 2021 ranged from $50,000 to $1 million and require ONLY A 13% MATCH OF THE TOTAL PROJECT AMOUNT.

THERE IS AN IMPORTANT WEBINAR COMING UP OCTOBER 12th CONCERNING THE RUS GRANT:
