Administrators and School
Board Members
School administration can be challenging. Timely expert support can be
the difference between excellence and mediocrity, between success and
failure.
We have developed comprehensive support and education packages for
school administrators at all stages of their careers, as well as for school
board members that need more information or training. We can also
provide customized teaching/coaching/training to fit your specific needs.
MOSchoolExpertise.com offers guidance, support, and training in school
finance, school safety, school facilities, selection of architects, engineers
and legal services, food service, RFPs and RFQs, HR issues, public
relations, and nearly every other aspect of school operations.
If we don't have the information you need, we will help you find it and guide
you through the process.
New and Early Career (Years 1-3) Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
Selection includes quarterly on-site visits (at your convenience and with activities/topics
of your choice), up to 10 hours per month of phone or video consultation, and
coaching/teaching to achieve expertise in school operations.
Ongoing Superintendent Support (Years 3-5 and beyond)
Selection includes (2) on-site visits (at your request and with activities/topics of your choice), up
to 10 hours per month phone or video consultation, and coaching/teaching to engage with
issues and opportunities in your district and beyond.
Building Administrators and Aspiring Central Office Personnel
Selection includes leadership training sessions for up to 12 individuals. Training is delivered via
6 monthly on-site sessions (Recommend Sept, Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, March.) Customizable to fit
your district's specific needs and goals.
Successful School Board Operations
Selection includes (3) on-site visits. Visits include (1) board meeting observation and (2) board
work sessions. Training focuses on efficient and effective board meetings and appropriate
school board involvement and responsibilities. Customizable to fit your district's specific needs.
School Board / Superintendent Relations
Selection includes (3) on-site visits. Visits include (1) board meeting observation and (2)
board/superintendent work sessions. Training focuses on appropriate division of responsibility
to ensure smooth and effective school operations.
Specialized / Custom Programming
We know that every school district is different and some have very specific needs. We can
customize teaching/coaching/training/etc. to meet your circumstances. Call to design a session
