Lynsie is a graduate of Mark Twain High School in Center, Missouri. She is currently a student at Hannibal LaGrange University in Hannibal working on a major in Elementary Education.
Lynsie's two primary reasons for wanting to teach in a rural school are, "First, because I want to live in a rural community myself and secondly because I want others to stop wanting to leave. My goal is to instill in my students a love for the rural community they live in while providing them with a quality, well-rounded education."
Words and phrases used by her college professors include, "Strong work ethic, thorough, positive, organized, proactive, dependable, outstanding, passionate, attention to detail, self-motivated, planner and a serious student. All of these attributes will allow her to be highly successful as a rural Missouri teacher."
